Empire has separate dedicated masking departments for powder and paint operations. These specialized masking departments will review prints and specifications before beginning the process of masking with specific emphasis on areas that require no powder or paint. We employ a variety of proven methods of masking, to ensure that critical areas, such as electrical contact points, or tight tolerance holes and bores, are kept free of powder or paint. These methods range from very basic plugs and silicon tapes to custom die cuts and engineered 3-dimensional masking.
